Work

I fell sick again, on Monday. Was tossing and turning the whole night on Sunday, woke up with a very bad sore throat Monday morning and nose became runny by afternoon. How nice … Must be the fried food I had on Saturday and lack of water.

So yesterday, I had to work with my nose runny and the air-conditioning felt like it was extremely cold. Today, I am slightly better but nose still running… should buy it a pair of running shoes so it would run further from me. Coughing doesn’t make things better either. Crappy… why do I fall sick every month? Am supposed to meet my female director concerning the Performance Appraisal implementation… and the GTL of another insurance company… but because I am too sick, I fear I would not be able to present good enough… so I did not. Instead I sat at my workstation, bored to death because I can’t think of what to propose on the proposal I am doing – “Why go leasing on the computers”. Any suggestions from my readers (it’s a wonder if there is any ).

Time to stop blabbing… I will go play game now. Have to level my baby~’s priest so it will catch up to me.

Last Saturday I went out with my two girl friends, Melissa and Nicole . We met up in OneUtama at the afternoon and we went to Shogun for Japanese Buffet Lunch. My first time eating there , yea imagine it has opened for so long I have never been there before . So it was a place so new to me, I feel like I am a frog under a well . Even Melissa have not been there before, so the first course we took was the fried food . Then Nicole asked us “Why you both not attacking the cold platter?” Melissa and I were like… . Lol, we did not know where it was, so went to the main course. Finally we went for the cold platters. Yummy~ Salmon, Tuna Sashimi.

After all the bundle of cold platters we ate… we were so full we couldn’t move . We ate a lot of ice creams. Met a few young girls probably in their teens being bitches . Nicole and I made sarcastic remarks towards them. My was direct “Aiyar, darling… you can’t blame them… it is their age” or something similar.

At about 3pm, we went shopping. Well, I went shopping . I bought two heels and of course was meant to look for shorts… but ended up getting a skirt for the sake of changing my tearing cut off jeans in order to go to Melissa’s grandmother’s birthday dinner. We weren’t really eating during the dinner, but Melissa’s aunt ordered Fried Sotong and Fried Pork Leg for us . Yes all fried food… (that is how I probably got sick now). Melissa’s young second cousin was funny. Such a good boy… doesn’t say no when we ask him to do things for us at his home and he got his mom’s looks. Damn cute… After the whole laughter in Melissa’s aunt house, we went home. I was dead tired… Showered and collapse…

Woke up at about 8:30am and went prepared at about 9:30am to go out for dim sum with my family. Picked up my Eldest sister and my nephew, he was being mischievous this morning and not wanting to eat. After breakfast we went to Carrefour, well Subang Parade cause we did not shop in Carrefour.

I got myself a skirt there in Parkson and my sister got a top in Blook. My nephew did not get the game I promised him, cause when my brother bought him about, he did not know what to get. Besides, I don’t know what to get him either. Gameboy? I have one but it might spoil his eyes cause it has no light . Bleh will think of what to get him on his birthday.

The Sunday At Home

I have been a good girl today… haha so I say . I woke up at 11am (wow I slept in ) and sat around a bit and then cleaned my toilet. It is clean now and I am glad it is. After the cleaning, I sat through the whole day playing game with a tummy cramp. But it was good, I had fun .

My brother cooked dinner tonight. Wow, spaghetti the sauce with prawns and meat. Like ? So Asian… meat should stay all meat, and seafood should stay all seafood… ruin the taste really… Oh well, he cooked to keep my tummy full… ate without complains… besides, not like I would dare complain to him, I have no intentions of having my bones broken into two by him.

Wow my friend sent me this video on YouTube. Really touching… here have a watch…

I cried when I watched this video… so very sweet, touching… warmth my heart up.

Well, I should be getting to bed now . Good night~.

Gloominess

Today I was talking to a friend on MSN. He actually told me that in his MSN contact list, there are so many people, so many online, but only 2 to 3 person ever message him to say hi or to ask how is he and the 98% of the rest never bothers.

Then it occurred to me. In my MSN list, I have 100+ people in them, probably more, but I remember removing a number of them and left with about 50+ to 60+ added a few more new ones, today… I looked through my contact list again, to realized out of this remaining 50+ to 60+ people I have in my MSN contact list, I probably never have 99% of this people messaged me to say hi, or ask how am I doing unless I messaged them first. Or even so, I would have messaged them first, but they never would message me back in the future or so.

“Did I lose my friends” I asked.
“What did I do to lose them?”
Or it would be the other way round….
“What’s wrong with this people?”
“They don’t care anymore?”
“Are this people my friends?”

So my friend and I asked “Wonder how many of our friends would show up at our funeral if we die”
“Would our friends even know if we die?”

It is really a wonder… the question “What happen to our friends?” will always linger in our heads.

Early wake on a Holiday.

I woke up early today though it is a holiday . Like come on, what happen to those "I-want-to-sleep-in-on-workdays" mood? On a workday I am too lazy to get up, on a holiday I wake up earlier than I want to? What's better? The sun is not even shining through my curtains !

So since I woke up early, I figured I might as well blog and try to fix my blog up. I noticed my Neocounter is no longer visible. I wonder what happened to it . I have to put up a new one soon. Damn then all my counts would be no longer there .

So I am sitting in front of my computer, cracking my head trying to think on what to type in here, while I can hear my tummy growl. wonder if that was why I woke up . Ok I should go find food first. I might blog later.
