They claimed they are doing an upgrade service from 11:00pm 22nd April 2009 (Wednesday) to 6:00am 23rd April 2009 (Thursday) and we will be facing disruption. So today is Friday and why are we still facing problem with the service?

Even our neighboring country Singapore gets up to 100mbps. Why is TMnet still running on highest of what 4mbps?
