Hubs ordered the Dry (large) “Wan Tan” Noodles, I had the Soup (Small) “Wan
Tan” Noodles.
The cashier actually got hubs order wrong and gave him two dry noodles
instead of one soup and when hubs told her it was the wrong order, she had the
nerve to actually insist that hubs order dry one small one large and kept
trying to argue with hubs. Like what the hell? Unwilling to admit her mistake…
duh.

identity and blurred out her face.I didn’t managed to get a picture of hubs noodles, I totally forgot and by the time I remembered, I already actually mix up all the stuffs haha!
Hubs said the noodles was soggy as well and bland. Looks like they will now be well known for “Soggy, bland noodles”. Guess they no longer as good as hubs used to know it to be.
Totally disappointed, and to worsen the meal the cashier had to be such a day spoiler. Food is paid upon order so we couldn’t of leave. What would you have done if you were in that situation?

I would ask for the manager to complain,surely I will be nice when complaining but the again I would do what is right and what is due to me,,,,

arh, how could they insisted the customer has made the wrong order??
i would thought it's common to reconfirm the order with the customer again?? so it seems to me it's unlikely that the customer made the wrong order, but she herself!!
haha, you should have taken a video and put that on youtube, then everyone will know about this stall.. :D

Over here also have branches of pontian WTM cropping up. Yet to go and taste the WTM there.
Grrr...memang this cashier teruk. wanna argue some more. Tak kan la customer duno what they ordered.
What a nice name 'Pontian', but tarnished by two dry one ton of argument from the cashier and the disappointing soggy, bland noodles making it tak nak Pontian or worst now jadi 'Pontianak' pulak!!!
Hi sweetie! :) Ha ha ha ha I would have thrown a tantrum simply because she was rude, which is something I can't stand for! Def would have made noise and insist to speak to the supervisor and then throw tantrum some more hahahahhahahah! Day spoiler indeed! ;)
I will just eat quietly and will never go there again...and post in my blog asking everyone to boycott the place.

Couldn't take a video, by the time I knew about it... it has already passed since I was sitting at the table instead of being with hubs at the counter.

Incidentally, our wonton here size f golf balls, no joke.
My Malaysian visitors counted 7 prawns inside. Not sliced, but whole prawns.
